TRACTS

Tract 2: 80 Acres +/- that corner at the junction of Trail Road and State Hwy. DD. The Tract is all tillable except for wooded draws and a small pond.

If the new buyer wishes to continue this arrangement they will receive the entire 2010 rent payment on March 5, 2010. These arrangements are based on a single purchaser buying the entire farm. Any purchases less than the whole will have to be negotiated with the tenant.
                           If the purchaser desires to farm the property themselves or to negotiate with another tenant, the 2010 farmland possession will be given at closing.
 
HUNTING LEASE: 2010 Hunting lease is available to the buyer is they wish to continue this arrangement they will receive the 2010 payment of $2,000 on March 5, 2010. This arrangement is based on a single purchaser buying the entire farm. Any purchases less than the whole will have to be negotiated with the party having the hunting lease.
