The Meinhardt tracts are generally located S.W. of Kahoka, MO lying in Sections 20, 21, 28, and 29 in Twp. 65N, R8W, Clark County, MO.
FSA indicated tracts offer 310.4 acres of highly productive tillable farmland, balance in waterways and structures. These tracts have had excellent soil maintenance and crop rotation program to include wheat and clover turn over. All tracts have had 4 ton per acre of lime applied in 2009. These tracts raised an average of 203 bu. per acre corn and 75 bu. per acre beans in 2009.
Soil types include: Armstrong, Leonard, Gara Association and Adco, Edina Association. These tracts are also improved by several terras structures and tile. FSA map, plat and color photos online.

Tracts will be sold "Buyer's Choice" on price per acre basis. Successful buyer(s) will pay 10% down day of sale and enter into written contract with the sellers. Balance will be due on or before Aug. 31, 2010. Possession will be given after fall harvest on tillable acres. Possession will be given at closing on grain storage structures and buildings. 2010 taxes will be paid by sellers. Seller will deliver to buyer(s) a commitment to issue an owners policy of title insurance and after closing a policy of title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price. Seller will pay for the cost of title insurance issued by Oakhills Title Company, 307 Lewis Street, Canton, MO 63435.
